Unique Ground Turkey Recipe by Food Network
Its not necessarily an enchilada……well not at all really, but this ground turkey dish really surprised me with its flavor.
I’m always willing to try weird-ish food. after making this meal, it didn’t actually seem that weird. guess it just wasn’t what i was expecting. Its hands-down one of my favorites right now though.
